[1994, Establishment of Sarang Clinic]

With the goal of treating cancer patients through immunotherapy and preventive medicine, I stepped down from my position as a medical school professor and established "Sarang Clinic," a small specialized cancer hospital in Gangnam.

[Development of Raw Food and the Beginning of Health Village]

Later, realizing the need for food that could aid in the treatment of cancer patients suffering from the disease, I developed raw food while researching dietary and nutritional therapies. In 1997, recognizing that "fundamental improvement and prevention of disease are possible through proper dietary management," and based on the treatment experiences with raw food therapy and immunotherapy gained in the field, I launched a small company called "Health Village," the predecessor of "Haemilli."

[2001–2013, Raw Food Research]

For over a decade, I have strived to advance the science and popularize raw food through in-depth research on its efficacy and safety. Recently, I have also discovered new possibilities for raw food by identifying pre-cancer prevention mechanisms related to mutation suppression, gene hypermethylation inhibition, and anticancer effects based on raw food research.
